Prohibited Content

BestVid (https://bestvid.net) is a general-audience creative platform, and users agree not to use the service to create, store, or share unlawful or harmful material. Adult sexual content, pornography, and sexually explicit generations are strictly prohibited. The sexualization or suggestive depiction of minors or anyone appearing under the age of 18—whether fictional, synthetic, or real—is strictly forbidden; if age is unclear, the content is forbidden. Users may not generate non-consensual intimate imagery or make unauthorized use of any real person's face or likeness for sexualized, deceptive, or defamatory media. Extreme gratuitous violence, self-harm instruction, hate targeting protected characteristics, and other illegal activity are also prohibited.

Submitted text (including prompts and negative prompts) is checked against a blocked-term list and screened by automated third-party safety filters before generation. Input and reference images submitted via HTTPS URLs are also screened, and file uploads are verified for permitted type and size. Completed images and videos undergo automated safety screening before they are made publicly accessible or displayed to you. If automated screening is unavailable or encounters an error, generation will not proceed. If a request is blocked prior to generation, credits are not charged; if a finished output is blocked, reserved credits are refunded.

These automated measures reduce risk but do not guarantee complete detection or prevention of prohibited content, and BestVid does not manually review every file. We may review, restrict, or remove content upon receiving a user report. Violations of our policies may result in generation blocking, removal of content, and account suspension or termination.

Refund Policy

BestVid provides digital credits and subscriptions for AI generation. Please review this refund policy before completing any purchase.

• If an AI generation task fails due to a system error, unused reserved credits are automatically returned to your account balance.
• You may request purchase cancellation within 7 days after purchase.
• The refund amount is the amount paid minus usage (credits or generations already used).
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing support@bestvid.net; there is no in-app cancel or refund button.
• Other billing discrepancies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis via support@bestvid.net.
